Natural Gas
Natural gas is a domestically produced, clean-burning alternative fuel. Compressed natural gas (CNG) and liquefied natural gas (LNG) have been used for decades to fuel light-duty and heavy-duty natural gas vehicles. Natural gas is sold in units of diesel or gasoline gallon equivalents (GGEs) based on the energy content of a gallon of gasoline or diesel fuel.
