Participate in our 2024 Annual Emissions Report
Every year we gather information from our regional fleets to report on emissions reductions within the Southeast Louisiana Region. As a Clean Cities Coalition, we gather this data annually to report on emissions reductions within our 8-Parish region and want to demonstrate the progress our region is making in reducing harmful emissions and improving our air quality. Each year, we report on the previous year's transportation emissions reductions. For 2025, we are collecting 2024 data.
To participate in our annual emissions report, please email our coalition for more information.
This spreadsheet provides a template for the type of emissions information we collect. Participating in our annual survey helps us show the emissions reductions in our region and can help show off your fleet's impact!

Read Our Southeast Louisiana EV Readiness Guide
|
Released in January 2022, this guide provides a comprehensive introduction to this EV technology and how to transition to an electrified transportation system, informed by regional housing, income, and population data. The guide outlines identified barriers for adoption and showcases best practices to help develop strategies that will promote electrification of the region’s transportation systems, greater mobility access, and a cleaner environment - all of which leads to more opportunity for prosperity in Southeast Louisiana for generations to come.
As an accompanying tool to this guide, there is an online regional ArcGIS Mapping Viewer available to help visualize and analyze pertinent regional data that will assist local decision making processes for future EVSE infrastructure implementation. |
Featured Clean Fleet Leader: Port of New Orleans
|
|
Port of New Orleans' Clean TRIP (Truck Replacement Incentive Program) incentivized the voluntary replacement of drayage trucks that service cargo terminals and warehouses along the Mississippi River and the Inner Harbor. Clean TRIP enabled truck and fleet owners to voluntarily invest in cleaner air through early truck replacement with cleaner models. To date, 40 short-haul drayage trucks have been replaced with cleaner burning engines, reducing fine particulate emissions from these trucks by 96 percent, which is equal to taking 35,000 cars off the road!
